ON THE DAY COORDINATION

This is perfect for couples who have planned their day but feel they need a professional helping hand to ensure the day runs smoothly and they can be fully present on the day.

Prior to the wedding, we will meet to discuss your plans in full and run through your vision for the day, including any specific ideas you'd like us to help with- a perfectly timed aisle entrance or an epic arrival to your venue.

 

If you choose the supplier communication option, two weeks before the big day we will have a final meeting to run through the timings and logistics of the day, after which we will take over the supplier communications and become the main point of contact- leaving you free to enjoy your final few days as a fiancé!

This package is perfect if you already have everything planned, especially if you are planning a marquee / tipi / outdoor / dry hire wedding. If you are getting married in a venue we work alongside the venue staff and caterers to organise all logistics and be the point of contact throughout.

 

This package can be booked in as far in advance as you would like and you can then hand everything over to us in the final months before your wedding day.

We will be present on your wedding day from start to finish to meet suppliers and set everything up for you. If this is a marquee/tipi wedding we can also be on site in the days leading up to the wedding.

​

On the day itself we will be the first port of call for any questions from suppliers and will be there in the background to ensure everything goes smoothly.

It will be the perfect stress free day and you will be able to relax knowing that everything will go according to plan.
