• For suppliers you have already booked, we will contact them to arrange timings and organisational aspects of your day

• Helping creatively – suggesting ideas and putting your ideas into practice

• Creating floorplans, seating charts and helping with the styling of the wedding

• Budget management

• Producing a complete minute by minute running order of the day to distribute to all suppliers

• Being in attendance for minimum 10 hours on your wedding day to oversee everything and be the main point of contact for all suppliers and guests

• Regular meetings and unlimited e-mail and phone call support
